Camp Cancellation

For camp cancellations received 45 days or more before the start date of the camp session, we will issue a full refund, less a $75 registration fee. There are no refunds for camp cancellations received less than 45 days before the camp session start date. A minimum number of campers are required for any session to run. If there is the possibility that a camp may not run, you will be notified within 7 days of the start date of that camp session with the option of a full refund or transfer to an alternate week.

Kayak or Sailing Lesson Cancellations

For lesson cancellations received 48 hours or more before the start date of the lesson, we will issue a full refund less a $25 registration fee. There are no refunds for lesson cancellations received less than 48 hours before the lesson starts. A minimum number of students are required for any lesson to run. If there is the possibility that a lesson may not run, you will be notified within 24 hours of the lesson option of a full refund or transfer to an alternate lesson.

Group Event Cancellations

There are no refunds for group event cancellations. If there is the possibility that a lesson may not run because of weather, you will be notified within at least 2 hours of the group event and given the option of a an alternate date. All groups who schedule events should have an alternate date in mind in case of bad weather. B & G Outdoor Recreation will still hold group events in most weather except for thunderstorms or other weather events considered a saftey issue. Group events require at least a 50% deposit to schedule the date and the rest of the balance is due upon arrival. Deposit is non-refundable.

Off Site Rental - Gold Members

Gold Members are more than welcome to take a single or double kayak offsite at their own risk for one (1) trip a season up to five (5) days. To schedule this we need at least 48 hours notice in advance and we will require a 50% credit card hold on the value of the boat.
